ENTRIES HOW TO SUBMIT?

I have uploaded a few pics and have them saved. I may enter a few more tonight before the deadline. But What I am wondering is how we make sure our entries are submitted. Once the pics are saved do we have to do anything else?

I was told to change my pictures because of baby band and soft edges but it will not change I go to change and click view and they are back to the old ones if I cannot change the pictures in time will I get a refund from the entry?
