The Second Annual Southeastern Doll & Bear EXPO was recently held here at the Embassy Suites. There were a number of events for Attendees, such as Berdine Creedy’s High Tea, Linda Rick’s luncheon, a Reborn Baby Shower (Brenda Maxwell won the Door Prize), the Saturday Night Oh My Goth! Halloween Ball, several Workshops, and a big two day Sales Room.

Hundreds of attendees filled the events and Ballroom shopping for their favorite Dolls, furniture and accessories.

The highlight was the Saturday Night Oh My Goth! Halloween Ball hosted by Ellowyne Wilde and Evangeline Ghastly. Some great food was served, then there was a Charity Auction for the Children’s Miracle Network, then a costume judging where Pam Lewis and Pat Lever (twins) won First Prize dressed as Berdine Creedy’s “Playful Little Witch”, followed by Second Place winners Michael and Elizabeth Dye dressed as Victorian Vampires (Elizabeth is an Artist and President of the Professional Doll Makers Art Guild) and Third Place was won by Canadian Doll Artist Amy Ferreira dressed as a Bat.

The SE Doll & Bear EXPO 2010 will be held at the Crowne Plaza Tennis and Golf Resort in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains in Ashville, NC on August 6, 7 & 8, 2010. The event is presented by Knight Southeastern Doll & Bear Shows. For info call Howard at 803-783-8049 or go to www.KnightShows.com
