After months of preparation Turkish doll artist Nilgün Imrencler now has her first Reborn doll exhibition near the Turkish city of Izmir.
The show itself will run until the 11th of July and due to the summer heat in Turkey which reaches over 40 degrees Celcius, doors open at 6pm.
Mrs Imrencler commented that guests stay well into the night and some stay until 3 or 4am.
Reborn art is still very new in Turkey, and Mrs Imrencler is one of the first artists to sell their work, and the first to organise an exhibition of her work.
The spread of Reborn art accross the world appears to hold no bounderies, and countries such as Turkey which previously have little doll culture are no starting to awaken to this creative hobby.
We would like to thank Mrs Imrencler for her photos and wish her all the best for the remainder of her exhibition.
The first Reborn doll exhibition is being run by Nilgün Imrencler and will be held until the 11th of July 2010. Read on for more details of this fascinating story in another Colliii.com exclusive...
