Colliii.com: Hello Christine. Congratulations again for you nomination last year. Tell us a little about yourself.

Christine Cuvellier: Hello and thanks for the interview. I live in the north of France, about 2 hours from Paris, and I live with my husband and our three daughters. We have six children and three of them have already left the house.

I love my creative hobbies. I have done a lot of things in the past such as cross-stiching, working with pearls, sewing and so on. But the most important for me right now is definitely art of Reborning.

Colliii.com:  How long have you been interested in Reborning dolls?

C.C: I've been reborning for almost three years by now. I must have done more than a hundred kits. I don't count anymore, but i'm still doing it with the same passion.

Colliii.com:  How did you do little Ben? What techinques did you use?

C.C: I used Genesis. I work a lot with it and i like it too. But sometimes i would really like to try something else.

Colliii.com:  Why did you choose the kit "Michelle" by Evelina Wosnjuk as your entry?

C.C: Ohh the first time i saw it on Ebay i just felt in love with it. That little nose, so realistic, those eyes and that mouth give the kit a wonderful newborn expression.  Plus, I like the limbs too. I mean, the hands and feet are perfect and the details are so amazing. I reborned Michelle three times already, now i'm working on it for the fourth time and i'm still feeling great.

Colliii.com: What is your favourite one?

C.C: This is a very difficult question. I love a lot of them but specially the newborns. They should have wonderful hands and feet. Evelina Wonsjuk makes a great job and her kits have everything i'm looking for. Especially Michelle and Noé.

Colliii.com:  Let's talk about something else Christine. What did you think about the organisation of the Colliii Awards?

C.C: I found the Colliii Awards 2009 very well organized. I had no problem to register and to follow the whole contest. Plus, everything was trasnlated in several languages. But i would have liked to see all the babies again after "Top or flop".

Colliii.com: Wolud you come back this year?

C.C: Definitely!!! I'm not going to stop. i'm going to do it again and again with another baby maybe two why not. But i think that it's going to be tougher this year. There are more and more very good artists coming so i'll have to improve myself.

Colliii.com: How long are you going to stay in the reborn industry?

C.C: I don't know and and at the moment I like what i'm doing. So as long as i'm feeling great while reborning, I won't stop.

Colliii.com: What kind of projects do you have for this year?

C.C: I will be very busy with more and more babies!. I'll be working on myself, I want to get better and better and improve my skills.
